We all have the power to heal ourselves. Illness comes about primarily because we are out of balance in some way. We are beings with three main aspects—energetic, spiritual, and physical—and these three aspects of ourselves are constantly striving to remain in balance with each other. It is incredibly easy in our culture to get out of balance in one or more of these aspects. Sometimes, we get so out of balance that even when we are doing everything “right,” we still don’t feel right, or we just aren’t healing as quickly as we should. Or there’s just something off.

After we set up a time, all you have to do is sit back and relax, undisturbed, for 30 or 60 minutes, and allow the energy of the Universe to flow to you.
As you schedule your session, please keep in mind that you will not need to be alone but should strive to be in a quiet place where you will likely not be interrupted. You do not have to be lying down or sitting, but I do recommend that you be in a place where you can relax as much as possible to be as open and receptive as you can to the Reiki.
