December’s energy is about healing at all levels. We are offered many opportunities to heal ourselves and/or to help others heal this month. The holiday seasons always provide wonderful chances for healing, especially spiritually and emotionally. Sacred herbs can help us advance this healing even faster.

To use the healing energies of the month to their best advantage, we should be willing to ask for help—or to accept it when it is offered, even if not requested. It is also important to remember that help doesn’t always come in the forms we expect, so we should remain receptive to all of the possible ways that we can be helped in our healing, and that we can help others to heal. We must remember that we cannot do everything ourselves and that it is not a sign of weakness to ask for or receive help, because we are all interconnected. When one of us heals, we all benefit.

Dear God and Archangel Raphael, thank you for giving me the courage to ask for and accept help from you, from the angels, from my spirit guides, from our plant allies, from the nature spirits, and from all of those who can offer healing, including our crystal allies. I recognize our relationship in this great connected whole, and I honor the great and gentle work that we have all embarked on, for the greatest healing of myself and the planet, and the universe as a whole, because we are all interconnected.
