December brings with it a lot of sometimes-conflicting energies: darkness and the urge to curl up and sleep, but the frenetic activity of Chrismas shopping and parties, along with the desire to give (for whatever reason) and the potential to give too much without asking for help when we need it.
Spirit is ready to speak to us this month, but we must practice the self-discipline of letting go and listening in for Spirit’s message. Once we do this, we will find ourselves in positions of leadership, of ushering Spirit into our dimension and more fully incorporating Spirit in this season of giving.
This month, it can be easy to get wrapped up in the busyness of holiday preparations and to try to do everything ourselves, but the Archangel Raphael Healing Oracle Cards remind us to ask for help, especially at home. Quite often, people are willing to help—and even want to help—but have no idea how to help, or even that you need help. Remember that though this is the season for giving, it’s also the season for receiving. The energies of December are all about exchange of energy. If we focus too much on either giving or receiving, we are missing out on half of the experience.

I am ready, Spirit, to share the bounty of my life with others. I call upon the energies of the Big Winds Moon for the courage to be a leader and to use my abilities wisely for the good of the whole. Thank you for giving me the courage to ask for and accept help from you, the angels, and others in matters regarding my family and home in this challenging and rewarding season. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
