I seem to be getting a lot of input from the higher planes & the collective. Miki Brittenham in an email to me called it something like “energetic chatter” always trying to break in. I hadn’t noticed until I read her email that I have basically felt kind of pressed in upon. Of course, my guides are protecting me, and the understanding I keep getting is that I need to hold open some calm space, that such is my purpose right now: maintaining calm, holy space for humanity. So … that’s what I’m trying to do, even as I deal with unhappy [client business] clients and have both kids at home: above all, maintain safe, calm space for humanity right now. (Honestly, I still don’t understand just how extensively this helps, but I’ve learned by now to have faith in what I’m told.)

As I was lying in bed before sleep last night, my guides made clear that I am seeing and feeling our watchers and guardians [in our home] recently because I am more sensitive & tuned in right now. That sensitivity is not really of my own doing but is because, with the increased “chatter” in the shared energetic field of the planet, I’ve “stepped up” a bit to get out of the noise—right up into a slightly higher vibrational area.[1]

[1] I was soon thankful for this evening message from my guides, as I found myself unexpectedly fatigued in the following weeks. I hadn’t been hit by the blues that hit many people during state-recommended lockdowns, as my lifestyle barely changed, so when I began to feel “off” or stressed, I remembered this message and tried to take extra time to run energy and ground, which helped me feel much better. Grounding always helps me feel calmer, and as a result, it’s easier for me to maintain equilibrium in the face of adversity and to be more present with others. Sometimes I meditated with the intention of holding space for others.
