In January 2018, we are moving through a very active period, though not all will be positive. The energetic theme for this month is the Morning Star, or hope: the light at the end of the tunnel—but we’re still in the tunnel for at least part of the month. We can find strength, peace, and healing through the dark tunnel with a little bit of effort on our part, as I discuss in the video.

Only a day or two after I recorded this video, my family’s life got even more challenging than usual, with work-related problems and a beloved pet falling dangerously ill. On the day the video went live on YouTube, that pet died, so as we grieve, we have found this a helpful reminder already. I offer it in hopes that it will also help you through the potentially challenging times of this month.
