Last week, I talked about how in early 2017, I revealed to others my ability to communicate with Spirit and how my guides told me that by doing this, I had “accepted this path, agreed to walk it, and the seed placed inside you has germinated and is beginning to grow.” I was therefore inspired to view my Akashic Record—which I had never before done, though I had long known of the Records—to gain insight into my gifts and my life purpose. As promised in that post, this week, I am sharing the transcript of that journey. (Remember that when I converse with Spirit, I try to be near a keyboard or to have a pen and paper in my hand so I can record important things. My guides and I tend to cover a lot of ground in a sitting.)

Now that I have more experience, I feel as though I’ve been consciously accessing the Akashic Records for … well, forever, so it’s nice for me to go back to the record of this journey, because I can see how far I’ve come in the past year and a half. You can see how my Akashic Record Guide prompted me and taught me. This was before I had ever even heard of Slade Roberson, who would become my mentor, and thus before I was ever attuned to the Records and introduced to a formal process of accessing the Records.

Akashic Records Journey 1—3/17/17

Please tell me of my purpose in this life.

Heal. Help others. Do good.

How am I to do this?

Be yourself. Love. Embrace.

 

Can I get longer answers?

Yes, but you have to free your mind. Open it. Stop expecting.

Tell me of a life I haven’t known of previously?

Forty-eight BC. Cold. Dark. Like the life you saw [in a past-life regression session] in which you were sitting around a campfire with others after a hunt, but not so harsh. Female. Healer. Wise woman. Healer. Healer. Healer. Healer. [This was said urgently, faster each time.]

Yes, I understand—Healer. What, specifically, do I need to know about that healing, about that life?

Calm. Respect. Love. Shared wisdom. Taught others. Wise woman.

 

Have I always been a spreader of knowledge?

No. Not always. [This was said emphatically, and I was shown an image I’d seen of myself as a warrior.] Fighter. Warrior. Vengeance sometimes.

But then you became a healer. You saw the Love. You became tired of learning [at the soul level] in that way. You have been on this path [of healing] for a long time. You have agreed for many lives to help others find the Love, to find themselves, to find their peace.

You cry [now, as this information was shared] because you recognize this as Truth. You feel it. You know it deep inside to be true.

Violence does not surprise you, but it saddens you. It does not appall you, because you have seen so much of it. You have worked saving people on battlefields, easing them into death. You have healed people of nearly mortal wounds. You have brought new life into this world. You have been on Earth for a long time. You love Earth and its peoples. You see their beauty and their love, their potential, and you have agreed to help them find their way above their base nature, their animalistic instincts, their primate DNA.

Yes, you have agreed. You are helping usher others through. Not holding yourself back; you are also still learning. But you are not as “low” or “behind” [these are not terms of judgment, simply terms of comparison as I was shown pictures of points on a ladder or a continuum] as many of them, because you decided so long ago [so many lifetimes] to focus on the collective rather than only your own growth. It is easy to become confused once in the human form, but you have made [planned, before the lives] big changes for yourself in lives so you would be more likely to find the “higher” path or die. Those were often the choices [to learn or to die], so if you did not choose the higher path, you could leave, could start again in another life to try to help usher other souls through. You [my soul, not just my personality in this life] are impatient sometimes, always wanting others to do their very best, seeing their potential and knowing they can do much more than they are aware.

You are full of love and compassion. But not always of patience. Your trials thus also teach you the value of patience and of gentleness to yourself so you can extend it to others, as your lessons in this life have done.

[There was a long pause as I reflected on this.]

I would like to go elsewhere, to know more about something else.

Please tell me about or show me what I should be doing in this life to accomplish my goals—something I am not yet doing but need to be doing.

Hard to explain this. It is internal. Deep inside. Trusting, yes. Trusting yourself [rather than trusting my guides; trusting myself as much as I trust them]. Light your soul up. You are not doing what truly alights you. You think you are, but what you are doing was only a means to an end. You have not yet found the key.

 

Is there anything I can do now to find the key sooner?

There’s my impatience, I suppose, but I don’t ask out of impatience, only curiosity. Is there anything I can be doing or should be doing to—

No “should.” There is no should. You do or you don’t [do something].

[Here, I was reminded by Spirit of something I have learned from previous meditations and understanding of reincarnation and pre-life planning: There is never something we should or should not do, no right or wrong, only experience.]

Yes, I’m sorry. Is there something I can be doing to find that key sooner, so I may accomplish my life purpose sooner?

You ARE accomplishing your life purpose.

[There is a pause as I absorb this and contemplate. I am shown that I am shining my light for others. They are seeing it, and they are lighting up, as well. It is a slow fire, slow to catch, but it is large. (I’m seeing an image of a bed of coals that people walk across, but more like a lava field … a slow-moving field. … It doesn’t burn brightly, but it is extremely hot and extremely transformative, subtle without being destructive. Pele. (I feel lightness in my head as I contemplate Pele and a volcano.)]

So I am accomplishing my purpose in this world. Why am I feeling the drive, then, for my [editing] business? Is that what is going to light me up brightly?

Yes, and no.

The thing that lights you up is not your business.

Your business is pulling you along so it can fulfill its purpose. Your business will grow, but not in the way you are envisioning.

[I’m feeling something like vertigo in my head. I’m not sure what’s going on, if I’m getting a “download” or what. It feels like a stream of fast-moving … data, like on fiber-optic cable.]

What is this?

Information for you to unlock later. Visions. Numbers. Images. You are not ready or able to understand them yet, but they will “unlock” as you need them. You will know when each one unlocks. … These things [that unlock] will guide you through your choices ahead, tell you what to do. Your time here [in the Records] is almost done for the night. Do you have other questions?

 

[I’m collecting myself, feeling the data that came in, feeling a fullness in my third eye and crown chakras. I feel like I’m expected to not ask any further questions, though that seems silly, given my nature.

My guide laughs at this observation of mine. He tells me to come back later, after I’ve had time to “unwrap” some of my “goodies.” He tells me that next time we talk, much more will have happened and I’ll have much more specific questions to ask.]

He was correct, of course. A lot happened over the next few weeks: I heard of Slade Roberson, went through his training, and decided to become a professional intuitive in addition to being an editor. And then I became a Reiki master. We’ll enter that roller-coaster ride in a couple of weeks (next week is the August energy preview).
