Finally, in this last week of my Healing the Land series, I’m giving you the whole-Earth healing guided meditation. This is based on “A Basic Whole-World Healing Meditation and Visualization,” which I posted two weeks ago. Like last week’s meditation, this one is about 20 minutes long, so before beginning, you should ensure that you have some time in a quiet place where you will be undisturbed for a while.
Remember to have a light snack and a glass of cold water afterward.
