November’s energies promise to be rejuvenating, particularly if we play our parts. Especially important this month to our rejuvenation is to connect with the energies of both Heaven and Earth. This can be accomplished in any number of ways; my favorite way to connect to both Heaven and Earth at the same time is a meditation in which I open my feet chakras to draw in the energy of the earth, open my crown chakra to the energy of the Universe, and feel the energies of both run through me and balance me.

Prayer can be hugely helpful in effectively using the energy of November to our advantage. Particularly helpful is praying every day, asking the Universe to help you recognize the next best step on your path (in whatever situation is weighing on you, or in life in general), to recognize what action you should take–and when–and to have the courage to act on that wisdom.

Dear God and Archangel Raphael, please help me to recognize the next important step on my path. Please help me to have the wisdom to recognize it, and please help me to know what I need to do, and when I need to do it, even if the thing I need to do is simply to wait and watch. And as I wait and watch, I will to will Thy will. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
