This is a special video post for those of you who wonder about how I prepare for doing energy work (including readings and Reiki) and how I have my conversations with spirit guides, angels, Ascended Masters, and so on. The preparation process I use is the same, whether I’m preparing to perform a Reiki session or a reading, and the reading process is the same whether I’m doing a reading for a specific client, for myself, or for a blog post or even the world at large.
